摘    要:本文利用蚕豆根尖微核法,进行工业废水(综合废水、铬水)污染的遗传毒理研究。结果发现工厂排放的综合废水,铬水对蚕豆根尖细胞有明显的微核效应,微核细胞率同对照相比有显著性差异(t<0.01)。这表明工业废水对蚕豆根尖细胞具有较强的致突变效应。

Abstract:Micronucleus test is applied to Vicia faba root tips to study possible geno-toxicity of the industrial wastewater (synthetic waste and chromium waste). The results show that the micronucleus frequency of the wastewater group is statistically higher than that of control group (t<0. 01). It is suggested that the industrial wastewater is possessed of muta-gentic and carinogenic effect.
