| 摘 要： | 情商理论认为,情商(EQ)因素包括情绪表达方式、个性品质、自我意识特点、成就动机以及合作性等非智力因素,对人们的成长和成才比智力因素(IQ)更重要。这种观点对于提高思想道德教育者的素质,改进思想道德教育的方法,改善思想道德教育的现状,提高思想道德教育的实效性,都具有重要的借鉴价值。
