| 摘 要： | 体育产业己成为21世纪最具前景的新兴产业,逐渐成为国民经济中的一个新的经济增长点,其功能已经逐步释放出来,这种社会功能也在逐步多元化。发展市场经济的同时,仍要政府的介入并在相应领域发挥作用。研究表明,强化政府介入体育产业的发展,加强体育产业的管理职能,不仅是可行的,而且是必要的。政府介入主要精力切实转向创建公平、稳定、透明的政策环境,给投资者以稳定的预期,维护市场经济秩序,提供公共产品和高效服务及法律保障,为体育产业的发展和经济增长提供条件,弥补市场失灵,保证体育产业可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Sports industry has been one of the most promising industries in the 21st century,and is becoming a new growth point to the national economy.Market economy encourages competition and free exchange.As far as efficiency and justice are concerned,it has inevitable disadvantages.Therefore,government intervention is necessary and practicable.Government should create stable and impartial environment to promote and protect the sustainable development of sports industry. |
