| 摘 要： | 创新可分为政府创新、企业创新和社会创新。建设创新型国家既要提高政府的治理能力和自主科技创新能力,也要在环保、老龄化问题、卫生保健、教育等社会领域进行创新。因此,本文试图通过分析企业创新与社会创新的互动关系来阐释在创新领域中如何发挥企业创新与社会创新的优势互补关系来达到社会成本最小化和和谐社会的目的。

| Abstract: | Innovation can be divided into government innovation,enterprise innovation and social innovation.Building an innovation-oriented country should not only enhance its governance capability and independent technology innovation capability,but also practice innovation on environmental protection,the issue of aging,health,education and other social areas.Therefore,This paper attempts to analyze the interaction between enterprises innovation and social innovation to elaborate How to play the complementary relationship of enterprise's innovation and social innovation and throngh that way to meet the objective of minimizing the cost of society and harmonious society. |
