大学生与务工返乡青年农村创业刍议

改革开放尤其是党的十六大以来，我国农村经济社会建设在取得显著成就的同时，城乡失衡的矛盾和问题在某些方面也日益突出。如何统筹城乡发展，缩小区域差距成为“十二五”时期重大攻坚课题。立足农村发展实际，对大学生与务工返乡青年农村创业进行相关研究有历史和现实意义，大学生和务工返乡青年创业竞合将成为农村经济社会发展的强劲动力源，是当前统筹城乡发展有效的途径之一。

On the Business Start-ups in Rural Areas of College Students and Returning Young Migrant Workers

Since the Reform and Opening-up was implemented, especially from the 16th NCCPC on, China has made remarkable achievements in rural economic and social development. However, some problems such as urban-rural imbalance have become increasingly prominent in some aspects. As a result, how to balance the development between urban and rural area and how to narrow regional disparities have become the daunting tasks during the 12th Five-Year Plan period. This paper is based on the development in rural regions, and analyses the opportunities and conflicts which college students and returning young migrant workers are confronted with. The conditions and approaches leading to the success of competition and cooperation of these two sides are also discussed. And it demonstrates that the competition and cooperation can propel the development of economy and society in rural regions and also can be one of the most effective ways to balance the urban-rural development.
