大学生基层就业与人才培养制度

国家引导大学生基层就业的政策出台以来，投身基层的大学毕业生基本能够胜任基层岗位，对于基层工作经历之于个人成长的意义持积极肯定态度，但也存在一些适应障碍，基层所需的吃苦耐劳、社会责任感等特殊素质成为妨碍适应的短板。高等教育也尚未做好帮助大学生适应基层就业岗位的准备，主要表现在对基层就业影响巨大的社会实践活动实施情况很不理想、学科专业设置和课程教学尚未充分考虑基层需要等方面，相应的高等教育人才培养制度改革势在必行。

On the Employment Situation of College Students in Grassroots Units and the Higher Education Talents Development System

The research indicates that the graduates in grassroots units are basically qualified for their occupations since the issuance of policy to guide college students seeking occupations there. The employment in grassroots units is regarded significant meaning for the development of college students. However, there are some hindrances for graduates better adaptation. The qualifications are specially demanded by grassroots units, such as diligence spirits, social responsibility etc. which have become the mainly shortcomings. But the talents development system of higher education has not been well prepared for helping graduate to achieve ideal qualifications for occupations in grassroots units. The social practice activities influencing the decision of employment in grassroots units are not well carried out; the disciplines, specialties and course teaching don＇t fully meet the requirement of grassroots units. Therefore, the relevant reform in talents development system is imperative.
