| Abstract: | The honest government is an important target which the modern government pursues.Pre-Qin period＇s honest government thought is quite rich,which enlightens us and gives us referentce in realizing the honest government today.Based on the pre-Qin honest government thought,the article summarizes two paths：improve the cadre team＇s self-discipline to safeguard honest government and cultivate the concept of punishing corruption and carrying forward honesty;improve the system of legal supervision,and spread the concept of punishing corruption and carrying forward honesty. |
