| Abstract: | The condition in synthesis of benzyl propionate catalyzed with ferric chloride hydrate (FeCl 3·6H 2O) was discussed. Catalytic synthesis of benzyl formate, benzyl acetate, benzyl propionate and benzyl butyrate with ferric chloride hydrate (FeCl 3·6H 2O) were reported. |
