中国高等学校定位问题及原因分析

摘    要:20世纪90年代以来,中国高等教育急速发展引发了办学的目标与实际脱节,人才培养方向与社会需要脱节,办学类型和层次追求大而全等问题,其原因是受中国传统文化消极因素的影响,社会价值观缺乏理性,导致高等教育制度缺陷,加之政府调控和引导不到位,高等教育市场还没有发育完善,大学排行榜造成的负面影响。

Abstract:Since 1990s, the Chinese higher education has been developing so rapidly that in its orientation so rapid a development has caused a lot of problems,such as discrepancy between school-running goal and reality, separation between talent-training direction and social need, convergent discipline establishment, lack of individuality, pursuit of being large and all inclusive in school-running style and level, and so on. The reasons for which lie in that under the influence of the negative elements in the Chinese traditional culture people's social values lack of rationality, which produces various systematic defects of higher education; governments fail to make full and necessary readjustment,control and guide; the market of higher educatiOn has yet to be perfect; and the ranking list of collges and universities produces negative effects of one kind and another on the school-rnnning orientation, too.
