中美关系缓和中的世界因素

中美关系于 2 0世纪 70年代初实现历史性的缓和 ,联合国、民族解放运动、多极化、时代主题变换这些世界性的因素发挥了不可忽视的作用。 1971年联合国通过 2 75 8号决议 ,恢复中国在联合国的合法席位 ,极大地提高了中国的国际地位 ,迫使美国在中国大陆与台湾之间做出选择时 ,只能选择中国大陆。这一事件对于推动尼克松访华并与中国达成《上海公报》具有重要意义。联合国与美国关系的变化主要是受民族解放运动、多极化趋势以及和平与发展时代主题的影响

Global factors in the changes of Sino -American relationship

The realization of historic detente of Sino-American relationship in the beginning of 1970s was promoted by a lot of factors. Some global factors like the United Nation, the National Liberation Movement, multi-polarization and the change of era theme played very important roles in the detente process. The 2758 resolution supporting the People's Republic of China returning to UN urged the US to change its diplomatic policies with China. The US had to choose Chinese mainland and give up Taiwan in diplomacy. The change of the relationship between UN and US was influenced mainly by the National Liberation Movement, multi-polarization and peace-development era theme.
