| 摘 要： | 针对澳大利亚首次推出的未来十年南极科学战略,文中讨论了计划产生的背景,形成主题的驱动因素,围绕主题所展开的研究内容,研究类型的划分形式,保证计划实施的管理体制和运作方式,以及澳大利亚期望通过执行战略使其在极端环境状况下的综合能力得到提高,以此作为国家的战略储备,并扼要给出几点结论。

| Abstract: | Based on Australian ten-year Antarctic Science Strategic Plan,this paper discusses the background of the Plan,and explores the driving forces behind the research themes,possible research projects and categories within those research themes,the governance and operation model for ensuring that the Strategic Plan can be implemented,as well as Australia’s ambition to improve its comprehensive capabilities.Due note is taken of extremely severe environmental conditions under which the Plan would be implemented.Conclusions,resulting from the collation of all available information,are submitted in the paper. |
