| Abstract: | In this paper, the author suggests that, the obstruction of exchanges is the important factor in the backward of the economic development in minority nationality regions in China. The author puts forward that, we should carefully analyse and research the reasons of the exchanging obstruction with scientific strategic views, and make use of the experiences of the eastern China, to establish a practical policy system for the purpose of creating a perfect surrounding for exchanges. |
