| 摘 要： | 非公有制企业党建工作是基层党建工作的重要组成部分。分析了目前我国非公有制企业党建工作存在的主要问题及原因,提出了加强非公有制企业党建工作的建议:加强组织领导、扩大党组织工作覆盖面、选优配强党组织工作负责人、增强党组织的活力和影响力、强化激励机制等。

| Abstract: | The Party construction in non-public enterprises is an important part of Party construction at the grass-roots level. This paper analyzes the problems and the causes of Party construction in non-public enterprises,and makes corresponding suggestions：reinforcing the Party leadership,expanding the coverage of the Party＇s work,selecting qualified personnel for the Party work,increasing the Party＇s vitality and influence,and strengthening the incentive mechanism. |
