摘    要:根据福建省总工会2004年夏天对职业女性建功立业和劳动保障的调查资料,从中分离和提取了女职工特殊权益保护的数据.并对不同所有制企业的样本作了横向比较,分析女职工特殊权益保护的现状,对存在问题进行思考并提出相关建议.

Abstract:Based on the data of a survey conducted by the Labor Union of Fujian Province in summer, 2004, this paper abstracts the samples about female employee's special rights, and divides the samples into three species, according to different types of firms. This investigation analyses the current situation on the protection of female employee ' s special rights and puts forward some suggestions to solve these questions, esp. reproduction insurance less popularization and overtime working during maternity period.
