| Abstract: | Based on the analyses of the strategic patterns of the economic development in China, especially in JiangSu province, this paper makes a research into the historical background, the practical condition, the framed structure and other important issues concerning the forming of the economic circle of the metropolis of XuZhou. It also puts forward some tentative plans and countermeasures as to its future development, the strategic emphasis and the strategic measures. |
