国有企业股份制改革治理结构研究

目前公司治理已经成为国内外热点研究领域。对于我国的国有企业改革,就其本质来说,就是一场公司治理的革命。建立和完善适合中国国情、与国际接轨的公司治理结构和机制,是一个具有重要现实意义的课题。本文依据公司治理的理论,分析我国国有企业改制后的公司治理状况和存在问题,并提出完善国有公司治理机制的对策。

Research on Governance Structure of State-Owned Enterprises Reform

Corporate governance has been drawing more and more attention of scholars at home and abroad.China's state-owed enterprises reform is essentially a revolution to corporate governance.It is an important subject to establish and perfect a corporate governance structure and mechanism applicable to the national situation of China and connected to the international standard.Based on the theory of corporate governance,this article analyzes the present situation and problems existing in the corporate governance of China's state-owned enterprises after reformed,proposing the countermeasures to perfect the governance mechanism of state-owned companies.
