| 摘 要： | 公务员奖励救济制度是公务员奖励制度中一个重点问题和难点问题。目前我国公务员奖励救济方式仅存在申请复核和行政申诉两种。这两种救济方式存在许多缺陷,应该进行完善。同时,应该拓宽救济渠道,引入行政复议和行政诉讼。
