| 摘 要： | 自上世纪80年代起,服务质量问题引起了国外服务营销学者的关注并成为其学术讨论的焦点。在服务质量评价方面,国外应用得最为广泛的是SERVQUAL评价体系。文章追述了该评价体系的发展历程,总结了国外学者的相关评述,并对其在国外旅游业中的应用进行了简要的介绍。
