| 摘 要： | 本文论述了后现代主义对教育管理的影响,首先是教育管理组织观的转变,其次是教育管理过程观的转变,最后是校本管理与群体决策的影响。尽管后现代教育管理理论尚处于起步阶段,但是,近年来的教育管理实践领域所发生的一些重大变革都无不受到后现代主义的影响。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the postmodernism's effects on education management from the following aspects: transformation of viewpoints on education management organizations,transformation of viewpoints on education management process,effects on school-based management and group decision-making.In spite of being at the initial stage,postmodernism is closely related with a few significant innovations in education management. |
