| 摘 要： | 我国公民的迁徙自由目前没有任何法律予以明确保护,相反却遭遇了相关法律法规等规范性法律文件的直接或间接限制.随着社会文明的进步和公民权利意识的觉醒,这些不合理的限制性规定都应当予以废止,而公民的迁徙自由势必得到宪法和法律的保护.

| Abstract: | At present Chinese citizens' freedom of migration is not under the protection of any laws; on the contrary, it is restricted directly or indirectly by laws and codes. With the advancement of social civilization and the awakening of citizens' consciousness of rights, all the unreasonal restrictive regulations should be abolished and citizens' freedom of migration is bound to be protected by both the Constitution and other laws. |
