| 摘 要： | 社会主义核心价值观是社会主义意识形态的本质体现。培育社会主义核心价值观，可以增强中华民族的身份认同，对转型时期国人的精神也有价值意义导引。社会主义核心价值观既要体现时代特点和民族特色，又要满足社会主义的本质要求。培育和践行社会主义核心价值观，要对其进行适当概括和精炼，并加以宣传，同时要发挥全体人民的力量和智慧。

| Abstract: | The socialist key values embody the social ideology in essence. The cultivation of key values can strengthen the self- identity of Chinese nation, make sense to Chinese spirit in transitional period in value orientation. The social key values should reflect the times and national characteristics as well as satisfy the essential demand of the socialist. In order to build and practice the socialist key values, it is of necessity to generalize, purify and give publicity to it and give full play to the power and wisdom of all the people as well. |
