| 摘 要： | 廉政建设是党的执政能力建设的重要内容。有效地开展反腐败斗争,必须深入探究腐败产 生的根源。高校党委必须坚持不懈地开展廉政建设和反腐败斗争,建立健全教育、制度、监督并重的惩治 和预防体系,不断增强治校育人能力,积极创建和谐校园。
