| 摘 要： | 民国时期是中国传统社会金融体系发生结构性变迁的重要时期,这一时期云南民间借贷的发展对乡村社会秩序产生了重要的影响。民国政府针对民间借贷进行了严厉的调控与干预,但最终无法取代其在乡村社会中的主导地位,充分说明民间借贷对乡村社会有着不可取代的作用。而培养和引导乡村内生性经济力量,也必然成为我国农村金融体系和社会秩序建设不可忽视的一环。
