| 摘 要： | 翻译活动是一种群体活动,其中有多个主体参加.这些主体的相互交流受到伦理学原则的约束,其对译者的制约更是举足轻重.译者受到的伦理约束主要体现在再现、服务、交际、规范和承诺五个方面.这五种伦理约束相互作用又相互牵制,这为明确译者在翻译活动中的职责和义务提供了理论上的依据.

| Abstract: | Translation is a group activity in which multiple subjects are involved.The communication of these subjects is restricted by ethical principles which constrain translators to the utmost.The ethical constraints on translators are embodied in five aspects,namely,the ethics of representation,service,communication,norm and commitment.These five aspects interact and restrict with each other,providing theoretical basis to clearly state translators' duty and responsibility in translation activity. |
