| 摘 要： | 入世以后 ,我国企业面临的竞争环境发生了巨大变化 ,企业要以较强的竞争力参与国际竞争 ,必须尽快完善现代企业制度 ,使企业成为真正的市场竞争主体 ,同时建立企业内创新激励机制 ,并积极参与全球化分工合作体系。

| Abstract: | Since China's entry into WTO,the competitive environments the firms have to face have changed greatly. In order to deal with the new situation with stronger competitiveness,each firm should perfect the modern enterprise institutions as soon as possible so as to become the actual subject of market competition;meanwhile,each firm should establish the incentive system of innovation inside the firm itself and actively take part in the system of division and cooperation of production in the process of globalization. |
