| 摘 要： | 竞技运动休闲化教学形式，是通过休闲氛围的营造和休闲手段的运用，强调把竞技运动项目以轻松愉悦的休闲方式展现出来，在淡化技术教学，强化健身、娱乐、休闲的学练过程中，使学生快乐地掌握运动的规律和特点，实现以学生为本，多视角、多方位、多途径培养大学生良好的体育意识、能力和习惯，这对于促进高校的素质教育、终身体育教育和和谐社会建设都有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The form of competitive sports teaching,through leisure and recreation in creating an atmosphere,means the use of competitive sports to emphasize the relaxed casual way to show out of desalination technology in teaching.It may enable students to master the law of movement and characteristics in order to achieve student-centered,multi-angle,multi-faceted,multi-channel purposes. |
