新形势下高校学生管理工作模式探讨

高校辅导员是高校学生管理工作的主力军,是高校发展建设不可缺少的重要力量。但随着知识经济的到来,素质教育理念的提出,学分制的实行,高校扩招,后勤社会化和大学生生活社区化,市场经济的发展等新情况的出现,高校学生管理单纯靠辅导员一人管的工作模式与之不再相适应。经过多年的学生工作实践和探索, 笔者认为,要加强高校学生管理,解决目前高校学生管理工作中面临的新问题,就必须改变由辅导员一人管的传统模式。文章通过阐述推行“辅导员-导师-学生党员班主任”制的必要性及辅导员、导师、学生党员班主任三者在学生管理工作中的作用与关系,建议高校学生管理推行“辅导员-导师-学生党员班主任”制,以做到全方位、多角度的联合管理,培养出高素质的大学生。

On the Model of College Student Management Work in the New Situation

The college tutors are the backbone of the college student management and the main force necessary for the college development. However, with the emergence of such a new situation as the advent of knowledge economy , the proposal of quality-oriented education, the implement of credit system, the increase in the student enrollment , the socialization of the logistic system, the communitization of the college students' lives and the development of market economy, the traditional work model of the college student management is realized by the tutors a-lone becomes no longer adapted to the situation. Based on years of experience and exploration in the college student management, the author thinks that, in order to strengthen the college student management, to solve the new problems facing the management and indeed to put the revigorating action of the Communists into practice, the traditional model of college student management must be changed. By elaborating the necessity to carry out the system of "Tutors-supervisor-student Party member in charge of the class" and the roles the assistants, supervisors and student Party member in charge of the class play in the management as well as the relationship between the three parts, this paper puts forward to carry out the system of "Tutors-supervisors-student Party member in charge of the class" to do college student management work so that the cooperative management of the students from many aspects in an all-round way can be done and qualified students are trained in college and universities.
