| 摘 要： | 杭州城西地区集教育、科研、居住、旅游等功能于一体,在城市发展过程中具有不可替代的特殊地位。经过多年的发展,已具备了构建"和谐城市"的重要元素。面对新的历史时期,杭州坚持以"科学发展观"为指引,提出了构建"和谐杭州示范区"的举措,力图探索出适合杭州城市和谐发展的模式。

| Abstract: | The West End of Hangzhou incorporates the functions of education,scientific research,residence and tourism,and holds an irreplaceable position in the course of urban development.After many years' development, it has possessed the important elements for constructing the "harmonious city".In the new historical period,Hangzhou adheres to th scientific view of development and presents the measures to construct "harmonious Hangzhou demonstration zones" in an attempt to explore the pattern that suits the harmonious development of Hangzhou City. |
