| 摘 要： | 科学共同体的成员是科研诚信建设的主体。波兰尼早在20世纪40年代就提出了“科学共同体”思想，认为科学共同体存在着两种矛盾关系：其一，科学权威和普通科研工作者的协作与冲突关系；英二．科学传统与科学创新的矛盾关系。波兰尼通过对“科学共同体”自治管理和社会管理两种方案的设定，来达到规范科研人员的行为，从而实现维护科学健康发展的目的。
