从中东北非国家动荡看新媒体在政权更迭中的作用及其启示

今年以来，突尼斯、埃及等国局势持续动荡，民众上街抗议，随之导致执政多年的强势政府倒台。在政权更迭过程中，互联网工具，尤其是“推特”、“脸谱”、“优兔”等新媒体技术推波助澜，发挥了重要作用。从突、埃等国政权剧变过程看，这类互联网工具主：蚤通过发布极端事件点燃民众不满情绪，形成反政府舆论洪流，进而煽动网民上街，组织领导民众，成为虚拟“：运动指挥部”，从而实现政权更迭。从这次动荡中，我们要认清互联网已经成为美国传播其价值观、干预他国内政的新工具，应加大网络等新媒体管理与引导，创造更好的参政议政的网络舆论平台。

On the Role and Enlightenment of New Media in the Change of Political Power from the View of the National Turmoil in the Middle East and North Africa

Earlier this year, countries such as Tunisia and Egypt underwent continuous national turmoil. The protest from people in streets eventually led to the overthrow of governments which had reigned for many years. During the process of political power change, new media technology such as Twitter, Facebook, and Youtube played an important role. Playing the role of virtual headquarters, those Internet media reported the extreme events which ignited the anger of the public, thus helped to form the public opinion of anti - government. Consequently, netizens were incited and led to gather in streets and overthrew their governments in the end. From the turmoil, we should keep a sober mind that the Intemet has become a new tool for US to spread its values and interfere with the internal affairs of other countries. Therefore, we should strengthen the supervision and guidance of new media and create a better Intemet platform of public opinion for people to participate in state affairs.
