| 摘 要： | 高校毕业生就业难题折射出我国高等教育和改革的双重悖论。高校学生视角下毕业生就业难的成因主要有：生活方式失范、学习兴趣失落、专业知识失色、实践经验失分等。要解决高校毕业生的就业难题，政府应建立县域大学，高校应注重与企业合作培养人才，用人单位应坚持“能力主义”的选人观和“以用为本”的用人观等，各方形成联动机制。
