关于黑龙江省西部地区主要历史文化资源的调查研究

历史文化资源的调查与应用研究是一项重要的文化建设工程，在现代社会发展建设中，历史文化受到越来越广泛的重视，特别是作为地区历史文化研究尤其如此，是提升地区文化层次和体现民众思想素质的重要因素，也日益成为考量地方经济文化发展程度的重要内涵指数，因为它所蕴涵的厚重的传统文化和人文理念代表了未来中国社会发展的方向。黑龙江省西部历史文化资源既有其独自的区域特点，同时也与其它地区的历史文化相联系。民族传统文化、古代辽金文化、抗战文化、流人文化、闯关东文化、现代工业文化等构成了该地区历史文化资源的主体。文章以齐齐哈尔、大庆、黑河三地为例，对黑龙江省西部地区历史文化资源调查、保护及开发利用等方面进行初步探讨。

Research on the Main Historical Cultural Resources in West Heilongjiang Province

The investigation and applicable research of historical cultural resources are a significant culture construction project. In the process of modern social development, historical culture has got more and more attentions, especially the regional historical culture, which has become one of the key factors to promote the regional cultural development and to reflect the cultural quality of the people. Historical culture gradually becomes the vital index to measuring the achievements of local economy and culture development. The traditional culture and humanistic theory conceived in it represent the orientation of China＇s future social development. The historical cultural features and resources of west part of Heilongjiang Province are unique. The article takes Qiqihar, Daqing and Heihe as exam- ples and makes initial investigations on the protection, exploration and application of the historical culture resources in Heilangjiang Province.
