摘    要:老子管理思想具有鲜明的柔性化特征。在《道德经》中,老子对柔性管理的产生原因、追求目标、创新法则、组织设计、人力要求和制度安排等进行了广泛而深入的论述。老子柔性管理思想不仅在现代企业管理实践中得到了印证,同时对于丰富现代企业管理理论具有重要启示。

Abstract:Laotse' s management thoughts have the distinctive feature of pliability. In the book of "The Classic of the Virtue of the Tao", Laotse expounded widely and profoundly the pliability management about its origins, goal of pursuit, rules of creation, arrangement of systems, requirements to human power, and design for organization. These thoughts not only have been confirmed in the practice of modern enterprise management, but also attribute a great deal of enlightenment to the development of the theory of modern enterprise management.
