| 摘 要： | 在知识经济中 ,传统经济规律注入了新的内容。尽管如此 ,在农业领域 ,传统资源 (特别是耕地和水资源 )的约束依然显著 ,而且将长期存在。这也是农业在新经济条件下生存与发展必须突破的束缚。传统行业如果注入高新技术 ,同样可以获得广阔的发展空间。在新经济条件下 ,未来农业发展应以高新技术革命为契机 ,尽早发现并利用新经济规律 ,调整和优化产业结构 ,进行规模化生产 ,以规模获取利润。要推进农业产业化经营 ,提高自身组织 ,增强比较优势。还要实施多元化发展战略 ,以规避风险。

| Abstract: | In knowledge economy, new content is added to traditional economic rules. In agriculture, however, the restrictions by traditional resources such as arable land and water will remain notable over a long period, and will eventually be broken through by agriculture for its subsisting and development under new economic conditions. When high technology is applied, traditional trades can extend their space for development. Under new economic conditions, future agriculture should take high technological revolution as an opportunity, discover and make use of the new economic rules as early as possible, adjust and optimize industry structure, earn the profits from the production with a big scale, realize the industrialized management of agriculture to enhance organizations and relative advantages, as well as implement multiplied and risk free development strategy. |
