| 摘 要： | 作者认为,制约我国城市化进程的根本因素不是户籍制度,而是作为传统工业化体制内核的经济制度。建立政府间接调控的、一元化与市场化的工业化体制,是加快我国城市化进程的根本出路。

| Abstract: | The authorbelieves thatitis the econom ic regim e,the core oftraditionalindustrialization system ,ratherthan the residence registration system that has restricted Chinese urbanization; and the fundamental solution for speeding up the pace of urbanization in China lies in setting up a kind of distinctive industrialization system featured by unified management and marketized mechanism with governmental indirect control. |
