| 摘 要： | 结合软件企业自身的特点，对平衡计分卡进行分析，运用软件工程思想和软件过程管理方法对其进行了改进。将平衡计分卡内部流程视角用软件项目管理、软件质量管理和软件过程管理三个方面来代替，并对其他几个视角也从软件企业的角度进行了再定义，建立了适用于软件企业绩效管理的新型平衡计分卡。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the characteristics of balanced scorecard（BSC） and software corporations, the BSC was improved using software engineering theory and software process management method. The interior flow of the BSC was replaced by software project management, quality management, process management, and other aspects were also redefined in view of the characteristics of software corporations. The new-style BSC was then built which is applicable to performance management of software corporations. |
