| 摘 要： | 质量是刊物的生命,指出办好高校社科学报,必须以马列主义、毛泽东思想和邓小平理论为指导,深入认真学习贯彻江泽民同志关于"三个代表"的重要思想,把好政治质量关.同时对抓好学术质量,以及努力提高编辑工作质量和努力搞好刊物装帧设计进行了论述.

| Abstract: | High quality is the life of a journal. To improve the quality of journals for social sciences, one has to act in accord with the Marxism, Mao Dedong's thoughts, and Deng Xiaoping's theories, conscientiously study and implement the Three Representatives presented by President Jiang Zemin, and verify the articles to be published in conformity to political standards. One has also to assure these articles complying with academic standards, improve the editing quality, and better the binding and framing qualities. |
