| 摘 要： | 质量检验方案的选择对质量成本及其构成均造成影响。合适质量成本是一个多因素的折衷值。选择合适的抽样方案可以使之得到优化。本文通过构建一个质量成本的优化模型，说明了平均抽样数是抽样检验方案中影响质量成本的关键因素，最后讨论了确定原问题简化可行解的具体方法。

| Abstract: | The choice of a quality inspection procedure will affect the quality cost and its constituents. As a suitab1e quality cost is an equilibrium value determined by multi-factors,the optimum procedure can be chosen to reduce the cost. This paper,by presenting an optimization model,concludes that an average number of the sam- ples is a key to affecting the quality cost of the inspection precedure. Methods are also discussed of obtaining the simplified feasible solution to optimizing the model. |
