| 摘 要： | 根据中国2001-2005年间时间序列数据，利用统计因素分析方法，对中国四类工业污染物的排放强度与工业治污效率、工业结构变化的关系进行实证分析后得到如下结果：中国的二氧化硫、烟尘、未达标废水和固体废物四类污染物的排放强度呈逐年下降趋势，污染排放强度下降的主要原因是工业治污效率逐年提高，而产业结构变化的影响不很明显，有的甚至为负效应。

| Abstract: | Based on the time series data of the four type pollutant emission from 2001 to 2005, empirically analyzes the relation of emission intensity and industrial pollution control efficiency, structural changes. The results show that： four categories of pollutant emissions intensity was decreasing, the reasons for the decline of pollution emission intensity is accompanied by improvement of the efficiency of industrial pollution control, and the impact of changes in the industrial structure is not very obvious, and sometimes even a negative effect. |
