论中国西部开发的信息化平台

在中国经济高速发展、“全球经济一体化”和世界“信息化”的大趋势下 ,中国西部开发必须要有新的思路。构筑推动西部开发的信息化平台是实现西部经济腾飞的有效途径。只有走高起点、跨越式发展道路 ,做到工业化和信息化齐头并进 ,西部地区才能尽快地赶超东部 ,最终实现共同富裕。分析了西部在信息化方面的现状和问题 ,提出了构筑西部信息化平台的重要性 ,并从基础设施的信息化、企业的信息化以及人才的信息化三方面论述了实现西部信息化的主要措施。

On Construction of an Informationization Platform for Development of Western China

Due to the great development of China's economy, the trend in economic globalization and global informationization, some new strategies must be carried out for the development of western China. This paper shows that informationization can promote the progress of the economy in the Western Region effectively. By developing industrialization and informationzation at the same time, the West can catch up with the other parts of China as rapidly as possible. This paper puts forward the importance of informatization by analyzing the present situation and problems in the west of China, and what is more, discusses the main measures of three aspects: infrastructure informatization, enterprise informatization and personnel informatization.
