关于加速当代农民群体分化的一点思考

通过对改革开放以来农民整体分化的诱因和特征的分析 ,提出在新旧体制转换的过程中 ,应及时、科学地研究农民分化的特征 ,全面正确认识农村和农民 ;应高度重视建立经济、社会发展对农村社会各阶层影响的宏观调节机制 ;正确处理农民阶层分化中的利益关系 ,科学制定和调整有关农民的政策 ,加速农民阶层的分化 ,这是事关农村发展和农业现代化的重大问题 ,必须引起高度重视

Accelerating Comtemparary Farmer Population Polarization

This paper has analysed the inducement and character of farmer population polarization since the reform and opening,and stresses that it is necessary to rightly understand countryside and farmer, attach importance to the establishment of macroscopically regulatory mechanism of economy and society development which has powerful influence on various classes in rural areas.To correctly understand the benefit relationship within the farmer population polarization,scientifically formulate and readjust related farmer oriented policies,accelerate the polarization, is vital for the development in rural areas and for agricultural modernization,so it must be highly regarded.
