| 摘 要： | 从哲学视角揭示全面建设小康社会这一发展阶段和发展战略所体现的辨证思维及全新的发展理念,提出全面建设小康社会的发展目标体现注重局部发展与促进整体优化的统一,发展过程体现现代化建设中阶段性与连续性的统一,发展方式体现渐进式与跨跃式发展的统一的观点。

| Abstract: | From the philosophical angle the dialectical consideration and new development conception reflected by building a well-off society in an all-round way, which is a stage and strategy of development, are revealed. It is suggested that the development goals of building a well-off society in an all-round way mean the integration between local development and all-round optimization, the development process mean the integration between phasicness and continuity in modernization drive, and the mode of development mean the integration between step-by-step progress and leap-forward development. |
