| Abstract: | Traffic is the basic industry in the development of regional economies.Bring about the people oriented as the leader,the significance of traffic reform and development was summed up.The effect about factor of people oriented is analyzed.The measures of building harmonious traffic under insisting people-oriented structure were suggested. |
