| 摘 要： | 贫困地区的新农村建设是当前社会主义新农村建设的难点.要加快贫困地区的新农村建设步伐,必须加强农村基层党组织建设.本文针对目前贫困地区农村党支部存在的问题,对如何加强贫困地区农村党支部建设、进而加快社会主义新农村建设提出了三点思考:切实加强班子建设,把村支部建设成领导社会主义新农村建设的坚强集体;切实加强党员队伍建设,把农村党员培养成社会主义新农村建设的排头兵;切实改进领导方式和工作方式,增强农村党支部的生机与活力,促进社会主义新农村建设.
