| 摘 要： | 通过对高校辅导员队伍创建学习型组织模式及其现实矛盾的分析,提出了建立共同愿景、树立新型学习理念、建设学习型领导集体、健全学习的激励和保障机制、营造良好的学习文化氛围和设计扁平化组织结构,转变管理模式等对策思路。

| Abstract: | Based on analysis of the mode of learning type organization in the counselors staff at colleges and universities is significant for innovation in college students' ideological and political education in the new situation.In this paper,based on analysis of the mode of learning type organization in the counselors staff at colleges and universities and the contradictions,the countermeasures such as determining the common goal,fostering the new type learning concept,and organizing the learning type leading group,perfecting encouragement and guarantee mechanism for learning,creating favourable culture surroundings,designing even organization structure,and transforming management mode are proposed. |
