| 摘 要： | 随着对外文化交流的日益频繁,历史人物经常出现在文学作品或文章中,译不好则不仅影响作品的质量,还会影响交流,甚至铸成大错。总而言之,翻译历史人物姓名共有七种方法,即省略、增加信息、威妥玛—翟理斯拼音法、译意不译音、译熟不译生、复姓的译法、按排行起名的译法。

| Abstract: | With more and more frequent foreign exchanges,historical celebrities are often read in literary works and other essays.Poor translation of them not only affects the quality of works but also harms foreign exchanges,and even leads to serious mistakes.Generally speaking,translation of historical celebrities has seven ways:omission,amplification,Wade-Giles System,meaning instead of pronunciation,familiar names,two-character surname,names from the order of one's birth. |
