| 摘 要： | “三农”问题中农民问题的核心是增加农民收入,增加农民收入的根本途径就是将农村劳动力向城市的工业和第三产业转移,越来越多的用工企业,开始对农民工的学历、专业技能提出要求。因此,对农民工技能培训问题成为教育的一项重要任务。

| Abstract: | Among the "Three Agricultural Problems",the core problem is to increase the farmers' incomes,and the fundamental approach is to transfer the labour power in the countryside to the urban industries and tertiary industries.Then,more and more enterprises begin to require farmer workers to have diplomas and professional skills.So,training farmer workers becomes an important task in education. |
