| 摘 要： | 教育部对普通高等学校图书馆的纸质藏书和年进书作出了数量规定,对电子类图书作了相应考虑。适应这一要求,高校图书馆的资源建设应把握以纸质文献为主的基础性取向,并重视电子类文献资源建设的发展性取向。

| Abstract: | The Ministry of Education has made the requirements of the numbers of the collection of paper books and annual incoming boos for the regular higher education institutions,and also taken some concerns about the electronic books.The college libraries should insisit on the basic orientation of paying main attention on paper books and focusing on the development orientation of electronic books as a part of information resources construction. |
