| 摘 要： | 通过对中欧关系 2 0世纪后半叶曲折发展历程和主要影响因素的分析 ,本文论述了中欧“全面合作伙伴关系”战略构想提出的客观性依据特别是全球化背景和它未来发展中面临的一些现实问题 ,并对这一关系的近期前景提出了自己的看法
