中外女性犯罪的现状与特点研究

女性犯罪在数量上相对于男性来说是较少的。但不论中国还是外国女性犯罪的绝对数增长幅度较大,犯罪率急剧上升。我国女性犯罪的主要特点表现为:女性犯罪具有发泄某种愤懑情绪的报复性,且大多具有恶逆变倾向,即先是受害人,后转为加害人;犯罪的形式日益以团伙的形式出现,并逐步趋向男性化,且具有欺骗性、贪婪性及官能享受性。西方女性犯罪则多表现为杀婴、坠胎、卖淫,以及盗窃、伤害、诈骗、冒领、伪造文书、伪造货币等。通过比较,应该承认我国女性犯罪与西方国家相比增长速度较快,其中,性犯罪、杀人犯罪在我国是成倍增长的,同时无论从量上或者质上分析,都远远超过西方国家,应引起党和国家有关部门的高度重视,采取有力措施,遏制女性犯罪呈上升的势头。

On the Present Situation and Characteristics of Female Criminal from China and Foreign Countries

Compare female criminal with male criminal in quantity,the quantity of female criminal is relatively little.By comparing,we should admit that the increasing speed of female criminal is fairly rapid in our country.At the same time,both in quantity and in quality,it surpasses the western countries by far.It should bring to our much attention and take effective measures to bring the increasing tendency of female criminal under control.
